Regional Head of Workplace Strategy
about the job
One of the largest financial institutions with offices in every major city has a fast expanding and successful office in Singapore, which acts as the regional hub and covers the immediate region are in search for a Head of Workplace Occupancy to lead the organizations Workplace Function. You will be responsible for developing the driving the delivery of workplace outcomes across property and liaising with key stakeholders such as asset management team, HSSE and property teams across the region.
You will be seen as the regional SME when it comes to workplace strategy and improvements and you’ll be responsible to convert space optimisation opportunities, drive change and outcomes for the region. You will be working closely with the project and design management directors in developing transformative workplace products and programs. The incumbent is expected to be data-driven and tech-savy in looking at workplace occupancy trends using digital platforms and be able to understand the hybrid work settings through experiments, consultations and focus groups for workplace design. In addition, A key component of the role will be market engagement and landscape surveying to maintain awareness of Workplace Effectiveness trends and innovations.
