about the job

Post Contract

  • monitor and responsible for all cost estimate, budgetary, cost contract purchase and handling of material from post-contract cost control to final account.
  • including procurement, estimation and valuation, claims, payments and reports.
  • providing and price bills of quantities, prepare cost analysis, advice on financial implications,

Tender

  • Responsible for bidding information collection, in accordance with the requirement of tender document, master drawings & Specification.
  • Billing quantity calculation, guidance for other bids staff
  • Prepare the tender bill of quantities.
  • Subcontract to offer organize the subcontract price negotiation
  • Complete the bidding quotation list, submit the department manager to review

skills and experience required

  • Minimum complete at least 1 cycle of building construction in singapore.
  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveyoring or related discipline
  • Candidate while waiting for bonus is welcome to apply for further discussion
