Reporting to the HR & Office Manager, you will be responsible to:-
- Oversee end-to-end HR matters for the company's operations in Singapore
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement HR policies to ensure details are compliant with current statutory regulations and keeping the employee handbook up-to-date
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment processes and policies including guidelines on agency usage
- Handle the on-boarding and off boarding of employees
- Maintain monthly HR reports, ensuring accuracy in HR Workday systems and personnel-related data, organisational charts and other reports
- Provide HR support effectively and efficiently to the Singapore business including administration of staff benefits, application and renewal of work / employment passes (if applicable), performance appraisals, and staff insurance benefits
- Initiate continuous improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications to enhance service experience
- Ensure that HR governance is maintained to the highest standards to adhere to the MAS regulations (including background checks, compliance checks etc)
- Any other ad-hoc HR & office administration work as required
skills and experience required
- Degree holder preferred in Human Resource, Business Management and Administration or related discipline.
- Minimally 4 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in the finance industry or a related industry regulated by MAS
- Strong interpersonal skills, independent, with the ability to multitask and prioritise, meet deadlines effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of human resources processes and best practices in Singapore
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, meticulous, detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to keep confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems such as WorkDay and Concur
