    Our client is a Logistics company who has presence globally. Currently they are expanding their business and setting up the commercial office in Singapore. They are looking for a HR Manager as a sole contributor.

    about the job

    This role will report directly to the HR Manager based in Shanghai and be responsible for:

    • Full Spectrum of HR and full cycle of recruitment including on-boarding and off-boarding matters.
    • Payroll processing, leave, attendance and insurance matters
    • Develop and implement HR and admin policies
    • Preparation of documents, general legal and compliance matters.
    • Administrative matter


    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
    • 7+ years of experience in HR generalist function
    • Good interpersonal and problem solving skill.
    • Strong communication skill in both English and Mandarin as required to speak with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
