Our client is a well-established market leader within the Maritime and Fuel Logistics sector, located in the central area of Singapore. They are looking to hire a Human Resource Assistant to support the company’s fast-paced growth and operations.

about the job

As a Human Resource Assistant, you would be pivotal in assisting the HR team with their daily recruitment, payroll and other administrative activities.

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes like posting and following up on job postings
  • Maintain and update employee records, onboarding and training materials
  • Roll out and coordinate compensations and benefits, including company-wide events
  • Other ad-hoc clerical and administrative duties

about the manager/team

You will be reporting directly to the HR manager located in Singapore.

skills and experience required

To apply, you should possess at least one year of recruitment experience in a HR assistant or generalist role. You should also have a good grasp of the various employment laws in Singapore as well as HR softwares like HRIS. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and organised, and has a good track record of being a fantastic team player and communicator. Previous work experience within the maritime shipping industry would set you apart from the rest!
