about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support HR operational activities including but not limited to:
- Support recruitment activities such as sourcing and interview arrangements
- Manage receptionist duties, onboarding resources such as staff badge, new hire uniforms, entry pass applications
- Manage electronic and verbal queries and communication from internal and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor forms and applications

- 1 year contract – possibly extendable/convertable/renewable
- 5 day work week
- Office location: North-East, Seletar, Singapore

- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good learning attitude
