Our client is a well-known Manufacturing MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Administrator (3+3 months contract) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Lead, you will support HR activities including but not limited to:
- Assist with onboarding & offboarding process for employees
- Screen CVs and shortlist potential candidates
- Coordinate & support interview arrangements
- Maintain proper filing of HR records
- Ensure data accuracy when inputting personnel records in HR systems
- Support in all ad-hoc activities and HR related matters as and when needed

- Newly created role
- 3 + 3 months contract – possibly extendable/convertable/renewable
- 2 weeks completion bonus after 6 months
- Location: Central-West Singapore
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Education or work experience in Human Resources
- Team player, ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
