about the company
Our client is a professional services company looking for a HR Administrator (6 months contract).

about the job

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be administering the full spectrum of HR activities.

Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • End to end monthly payroll processing, from new hire data entry to preparing of instructions and payroll reports
  • Recruitment activities and coordination
  • MOM reports, surveys, claims, work pass renewals
  • Any ad-hoc HR projects such as company events
  • Admin activities: issue laptop delivery for new joiners, calendaring, as assigned

  • This is a 6 months contract role with possibility of extension and conversion.
  • Company headcount: Less than 40

skills and experience required

  • Minimally 3 years of experience in HR and payroll
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, fast pace, independent
  • Able to commit for 6 months
