My client is a leading brand within the Legal sector that is no stranger to all. They have built a strong global presence in the market and has been established for over 80 years. They are a consistent player and provide coherent offshore and onshore advices to their partners. They are now looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a HR Advisor.

about the job
Your role as a HR Advisor will be far from one-dimensional. This role would allow you to be exposed to both strategic and operational aspects. You will be overseeing the end to end spectrum of HR functions and ensure that all operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization. You will assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes, support salary benchmarking exercises, conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, organize training and development initiatives, promote HR programs to create efficiency and effectiveness etc. You would also be working closely with the team to develop and implement HR policies that are aligned to business objectives. You would also be partnering closely with regional counterparts to design and administer policies and surveys.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the HR Manager and be working in a team of 3. A HR Coordinator would be able to assist you with day to day HR Administrative matters.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of Generalist experience wtihin the Legal Sector. Being able to think out of the box, independent and resourceful is a definite good to have to fit into the culture and the value preposition of the organization. You will be someone with strong business acumen to integrate HR solutions into the business and partner well with the management team and your internal stakeholders. An excellent communication skill with the ability to manage stakeholders of different level is a definite must in this role.
