Reporting to the Singapore Head of HRSS, you will support the HR team on day to day HR activities
Your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Work with HR country leads to ensure smooth, timely and accurate delivery of HR processes, understand industry regulations and monitor process to ensure HR compliance, end to end reviews of processes, resolving of issues and identify any effective process improvements or solutions, documenting of SOPs, be the subject matter expert for HR operations, manage employee queries including payroll, benefits, and relocation. skills and experience required
- Work experience or education in HR
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Ppt) skills
- Positive learning attitude, good team player, high initiative
