about the company
Our client is one of the largest banking & financial services MNC, looking for a HR Analyst.

about the job

You will manage HR operational/ shared services activities, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Handling employee queries and communications, HR letters, maintenance and updating of employee information in HRIS database such as transfer, conversion, etc
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as background check vendor, HRBPs, relevant statutory boards, for reporting purposes
  • Management of work passes and mobility matters e.g. applications and renewals
  • Support HR and Recruitment activities, e.g. working with schools and agencies to onboard interns and trainees

skills and experience required

  • Minimally 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR activities above
  • Adaptable, fast pace, independent, outspoken and proactive
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience working in banking/ financial services industry in shared services environment will be advantageous
