about the job

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be the subject matter expert for all HR Analytics and HRIS projects, as a HR Analytics and Systems Lead. Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

HR Systems

  • Managing the company’s HRIS projects (globally) from end-to-end i.e. implementation, deployment and enhancement
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders from different business units to harmonise the systems and processes
  • Maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing current systems and processes
  • Achieving buy-in and establishing working relationships with key stakeholders to drive and deliver successful end-to-end process improvements

HR Analytics

  • Aligning HR processes and data to support business objectives
  • Designing and testing data processes to ensure data integrity and security
  • Participate in meetings with senior management to drive organisational objectives according to analysis

skills and experience required

  • Minimally 5 years of experience working with HRIS and Analytics
  • Working experience with Oracle HCM would be advantageous
  • Experience in driving projects and managing stakeholders
  • Adaptable, fast pace, independent, good team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
