My client is a well established organization within the Technology sector with its headquarters in Hong Kong. They provide a wide variety of telecomunications services and products to users as well as IT outsourcing services to their clients. With a steady growth and plans to further grow market share, they are now looking to add talents to their team.


about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR and Admin Manager. You would be the first HR person to be joining the team. Your job includes but not limiting to:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, C&B, Performance and Reward Management, Payroll and HRIS administration, Training and Development. There would be a higher focus on Recruitment in the first few months.
  • Perform full cycle of Recruitment and Selection - hiring for both technical and corporate function roles
  • Act as HR Business Partner to various business units. Provide solutions and advise business leaders to day to day HR and strategic matters.
  • Develop suitable HR policies and processes
  • Serve as HR interface with HK headquarters and region's employees and adapt HR policies from headquarters to suit Singapore's employment and law regulations.
  • Organize and supervise all administrative activities that ensures the smooth running of the office. Eg, new office relocation, site viewing, office renovation, rental negotiation etc
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the VP of HR based in Hong Kong and be taking on an individual contributor role.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified with relevant qualifications in related field (HR or Business Administrartion) and demonstrate at least 4 years of in similar capacity. You will be someone with strong communication skills who is good in stakeholder management skills to manage both up and down. You should also be someone who is able to work independently and work well in a fast paced environment and be familiar with the full suite of HR functions. Candidates within the Technology/Telecommunications industry sector are highly encouraged to apply.
