Reporting into the Senior HR Manager and working closely with the business units, you will:
- Support the training requirements of the company
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for training related matters and enquiries
- Keep record of training programs, attendance and individual plans on internal system
- Drive the launch of new training courses
- Support other administrative matters as required
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Meticulous and organised
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of local employment legislation
- Initiative and self-starter
- Collaborative and a team player
