Our client is a global finance corporation. They are looking for a HR Assistant to join the HR team in supporting its international operations.
about the job
This is a newly created role. Reporting into the HR Manager and supporting the day to day operations, you will:
- Work closely with HR team and internal stakeholders to support HR operations including payroll and benefits administration, employment application and renewal, HR report preparation and policies
- Provide administrative support for the employees’ life cycle activities from on-boarding to exit
- Maintain and upkeep of employees’ P-file database
- Prepare and submit statutory reports when required
- Support other HR projects as required
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, supporting HR operations
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of local employment legislation, international labor law is a plus
- Collaborative and a team player
