about the job
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be part of a collaborative HR team responsible to:
- Work closely with the Head of HR and internal stakeholders in supporting the end-to-end HR functions
- Manage the full spectrum recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and liaising with internal stakeholders and agencies
- Handle the employee lifecycle, on-boarding and off-boarding, including the application, renewal or cancellation of work passes
- Assist with the compensation and benefits as well as training and development initiatives
- Implement HR initiatives and policies and be involved in employee engagement activities
- Maintain monthly HR reports such as personnel-related data and organisational charts
- Provide HR support effectively and efficiently to the business to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Any other ad-hoc HR responsibilities as assigned
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant HR working experience in a generalist role
- Experience in the financial services (banking) industry will be an added advantage
- Talent acquisition professionals who wish to venture into a wider HR generalist role are welcomed
- Excellent knowledge of human resources processes and best practices in Singapore
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, meticulous, detail-oriented and collaborative team player who is also a problem-solver and keen to learn
