This is a newly created position reporting to the Senior HR Manager. You will be responsible for:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source candidates through diverse channels, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and evaluate candidates. Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
Industry Knowledge & Best Practices: Stay updated on recruitment trends, share knowledge with stakeholders, and optimize the recruitment process by participating in campaigns and managing talent application systems.
HR Metrics & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve recruitment and HR practices.
Learning & Development (L&D): Support L&D activities, conduct learning needs analyses, facilitate training programs, and collaborate with government agencies for training assistance. Enhance employee skills and performance through Talent Development programs.
Employee Engagement & Communication: Initiate and manage employee engagement initiatives, HR dialogues, and welfare activities. Develop and implement programs to foster an inclusive culture and enhance mental well-being.
Career Development & Talent Programs: Design and implement programs for employee career development, such as internships and management trainee programs. Identify development needs through performance reviews and assist in career planning.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience focusing on talent management
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment process is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
