My client is a leading IT Services company and an outsourcing partner of choice for clients within the SEA Region. They make use of cutting edge technologies to support clients with their digital transformations and growth. With 11 office locations across the SEA Region, they have plans to further grow and expand their operations. They have recently shifted their regional headquarters to Singapore and are looking for a HR Professional to join the team.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of an Asst HR Manager. You would be a subject matter expert in the full suite of HR functions, Recruitment, C&B, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement etc. You are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. As the sole person in the HR Team, you will also be responsible for bridging any potential employee relations issues and address demands, grievances and other hr related matters. You will also be able to run the day to day HR Operationalm matters smoothly. You would also be required to help with the growth of Malaysia and Indonesia's office. Besides, you will also place a focus on promoting corporate values and shaping a positive work culture anad environment.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Group level and take on an individual contributor role.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 10 years of HR Generalist experience. As you will be partnering closely with Chinese counterparts, you will be someone who is able to speak basic conversational Mandarin. You will also bring along regional experience in the SEA region and be well versed in the employment laws and regulations. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all cultural levels and demographic backgrounds. Besides, you should be someone who is resilient and adaptable to changes. Apart from the mentioned, you must be someone who enjoys working in a start up environment with the desire to grow together with the organization. Experiences in start up environments and/or employer branding will definitely place you a league above others.
