My client is a well established organization which aims to enhance the competencies of HR professionals as well as provide them with developmental opportunities. As a key HR leader in setting standard of excellence, they provide a range of tools to support with their clients in HR processes improvements and digitalisation. They are now looking to hire for an Assistant Manager.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of an Asst HR Manager, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Review and support the development of current HR products and tools.
  • Being a strong brand ambassador and creating strong partnerships with potential organizations in engaging HR tools.
  • Conducting research and analysis on current HR trends and data and providing resources to partnered organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and functions in driving process improvements.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Senior Manager.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM and possess at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience. It would be ideal if you have prior HR Consulting experience. You will be someone who is technologically savvy and be able to understand data well. You will be someone who has solid understanding of HR practices and have the ability to map out strategies. You will also be someone who is able to work well under a fast paced environment and be able to handle different ongoing projects. You will also be someone who is able to foster a positive and open team environment.
