about the job
As a HR Business Partner, you will be assisting to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities and goals.
- Devise, implement and measure the daily aspects of the global people operations to achieve greater employee experience
- Provide HR advisory for several senior business leaders across the country and regional leadership teams to meet people and business goals
- Provide strategic advice on the different HR functions and ensure that all policies are aligned with business objectives
- Establish and build strong working relationships, engage and partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of programmes
- Deliver HR processes such as career development, leadership development, internal mobility, workforce planning, succession planning, rewards strategies and performance management
- Assist to formulate a Learning and Development plan, as well as lead employee development initiatives within the team
- Manage the entire performance management cycle for the regional offices
- Manage change management, implements diversity and inclusion initiatives, and supports employee engagement activities
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be working closely with the infrastructure team to drive business partnering initiatives, to improve performance and talent development within the organisation.
skills and experience required
The successful candidate should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 7-8 years of relevant hands-on HR Business Partnering experience, preferably from Tech Sectors and IT Domains. Prior experience in handling regional portfolios would be an added advantage.
