Our client is a market leading, world renowned MNC within the life sciences industry, currently recruiting for a HRBP to manage employee relations and drive HR processes.


about the job

You will be part of the HR COE team, and your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Performance management activities such as conducting coaching for employees, managing performance improvement plans (PIP) and exit interviews
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide advisory support
  • Reviewing and driving HR projects to improve current processes
  • Achieving buy-in and establishing working relationships with key stakeholders to drive and deliver successful end-to-end process improvements
  • Be the key change communicator for the organisation

This is a 6 months contract that is potentially extendable or convertable based on performance. Salary will commensurate with commensurate with experience.

skills and experience required

  • Minimally 5 years of experience in HR
  • Strong influencing and management skills to drive projects in a fast paced environment
  • Communication and presentation skills required to articulate projects with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous and process driven
  • Experience in driving HR process and performance management is advantageous
