Their products are always a top choice among consumers in the local and global market.

about the job

You will get the opportunity to drive performance in the area of manpower strategy, L&D, HR compliance, and People development. Based on the Regional office landscape, your role will focus heavily on the recruitment aspect of the manufacturing arm in the designated regions that you will be covering. You will also integrate people development to performance management in order to provide overall HR support by leveraging on various HR methodologies, tools and streamline HR processes on a BU level. Your role will heavily involve partnering with all the other HRBPs from the relevant BUs under the group to align business strategies in accordance to business directives from the HQ in US.

manager/team

You will have 2 line of reporting; Dotted to the Head of Manufacturing Ops and solid/functionally to the Head of APAC HR Ops.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience within the Manufacturing industry is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with the ability to relate well and communicate effectively with business stakeholders of all cultural levels. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is dynamic, organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Due to constant organizational development plans, you will also be someone that is receptive and resilient to changes with the ability to work around ambiguity. 20%-25% of travelling required for this position.
