A leading banking MNC is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for Asia to provide a generalist HR service to the business and also lead on talent management and learning & development

about the job
Due to a restructure the HR Business Partner will partner various business units across APAC and lead on talent management and learning and development. Working closely with senior managers you will identify high potentials and develop them through existing programmes while working with external training providers for soft skills and management development training. Other areas of focus will be employee engagement and working with the COE on compensation and benefits and recruitment

about the manager/team
This is a single contributor role reporting into the Head of HR with support from HR operations and recruitment team.

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 8+ years experience in a HR Business Partnering role ideally within a financial services MNC. With good HR generalist experience you will also have experience of partnering with the business and leading on talent management and learning & development. With strong communication skills you will be able to influence at all levels of the business and are comfortable getting involved in HR projects.
