Our client is a top-notch prestigious brand that has positioned well in the luxury designer global market. Little is needed to introduce this brand as they are no stranger to all.

about the job

You will be a strategic partner to both the retail and corporate team to develop the people’s agenda for growing, retaining and engaging the talents across the various business functions. You will be optimizing and scaling day-to-day HR Ops and be a trusted and credible HR partner to the SG team.

You will also develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction by establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives on a regional platform. Engagement with the retail sales team will also be part of your scope to stay close to the operation ground to understand and identify needs and gaps for improvements.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in similar capacity. Experiences within the consumer and/or luxury retail will placed you a league above the rest. You will be someone with excellent people skills when it comes to high level HR partnering. You will also be someone who is visionary, influential and excellent with stakeholder management. Apart from the mentioned, you must be someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast pace environment with the desire to bring the organization forward to the next level.
