HR Business Partner (Luxury retail)

Up to $8500 X 13 months + VB

Standing as a principle brand, they are well-established in the market and well-known for their rich brand history and still maintaining their position as one of the market leaders in what they do.

about the job

You will get the opportunity to handle HR projects, process and policies alignment, understanding the business needs and introducing best practices within human resource management and grow together with the company. You will also bring about change within the organization and work alongside the management team to achieve short and long term business strategy plans. Talent management and OD change will be part of the upcoming HR projects in the pipeline.

Your role will essentially be a single contributor, contributing both strategically and operationally to the business on a Regional platform. You will essentially be suporting Australia and potentially also Malaysia.

about the manager

You will report directly to the Regional CEO and functionally to the HR Director in Hong Kong.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess experiences in the full spectrum of HR functions including full payroll processing. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is meticulous, organized with the ability to work well with people of all levels. People & stakeholder management skills will be of an essence for this role.
