To date, they have become one of the leading names in the luxury industry and are now seeking a talented HR Business Partner for the team. This is a permanent role based in their Singapore office.
about the job
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely in a team of 3 and support ~150 employees across the Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand offices. In addition, you will be:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR life cycle including operations, recruitment, performance management, employee benefits, on-boarding and off-boarding, talent management and employee relations
- Manage the harmonisation of HR policies, support HR operations across your assigned markets, forecast and budgeting, driving roll-outs of all global and regional initiatives
- Maintain open communication with employees on HR issues, supporting employees’ wellness / engagement programs
- Partner with business managers and HODs to effectively meet business goals and objectives
- Maintain knowledge of trends, regulatory changes, employment law, talent management and new technologies that aligns with business goals and objectives
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 8 years' experience as a HR Generalist
- Experience within the retail, luxury or high-end consumer goods industry is essential
- Independent and a self starter; able to work with minimum supervision
- Experienced with local labour law and regulations within the retail industry
- Approachable with strong communication and presentation skills
