about the job
Reporting directly to the C-level management, you will be a partner with key business stakeholders to design and implement the people strategy within the company. You will be responsible to:
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide strategic guidance on overall people strategy including talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development
- Analyse, review and improve the current policies and procedures surrounding people processes for the company
- Build up the talent plan in alignment with business growth plans while helping grow and develop talent to meet future needs
- Implement talent attraction plans including a smooth on-boarding process and guiding internal stakeholders in talent recruitment processes
- Initiate people engagement initiatives to drive employee morale, health, and well-being
- Develop, implement, and sustain the company's culture by promoting values, ethics, and behaviours that align with the organisation's mission and vision.
- Act as a culture ambassador and drive initiatives that reinforce a positive and inclusive workplace
- Partner with internal business leads in managing any employee-related issues and maintain team engagement
- Design and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and skill enhancement
- Review and improve on the performance management processes, including regular feedback, goal-setting, and performance appraisals
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR policies and practices remain compliant
skills and experience required
- At least 6 years of experience as a HRBP or similar role with a focus on culture and learning initiatives within a multinational company would be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Results-oriented, strategic mindset with the proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Hands-on, independent and adaptable, with the ability to solve problems, prioritise work and manage time effectively
- Well-versed with current local employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
