With growing sales and new projects on the horizon, they are looking to bring a HR Business Partner on-board their team on this exciting journey.

about the job

Reporting into the MD, you will be responsible for the execution of HR strategies and plans to support the organization’s business strategies across the region. You will also function as the internal consultant and advice on all areas of human capital related matters. Apart from the above mentioned, you will also play a key role in providing HR advisory to all the line managers, departmental heads and relevant ground staff under your mandate.

Your role will also include but not limited to:

  • Be in-charge of HR matters for employees under your care in Singapore & China
  • Participation in formulation of HR solutions and programmes to address workforce and business needs
  • Look after operational excellence (e.g. streamlining workflow processes for efficiency)
  • Implement the Institutional HR strategy and workforce planning strategy
  • Implementing performance management, talent management & succession planning initiatives and programmes
  • Oversee employee relations, employee engagement & handle grievance matters accordingly
  • Drive the company's overall HR strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and goal

Depending on business needs and projects, frequent overseas travel (up to 50%) can be expected for this role

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified with preferable qualifications in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 12 years of HR experience. As this role will look after both Singapore and China, relevant prior experience and exposure will be advantageous.
