    Our client is a global MNC in the retail industry, with operations in more than 60 countries around the world. They are looking for a HR Business Partner who will be working closely with business stakeholders to drive its HR initiatives and recruitment.

    about the job

    The role will report into the Senior HRBP to support business partnering as well as drive HR projects and recruitment initiatives. Working closely with the stakeholders and team mates, you will:

    • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, programme, processes and policies to promote talent retention, talent development and employee engagement
    • Lead the talent acquisition strategies and activities
    • Be the subject matter expert for employment legislation in the organisation and partner with the legal team as required
    • Be the point of contact to stakeholders for all HR matters
    • Analyse and propose solutions and policies based on current HR trends and in alignment with internal policies

    skills and experience required

    • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
    • Minimum 1 year of HRBP experience, prior talent acquisition experience is preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
    • Analytical, attention to details and number
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
    • Self-motivated and adaptable
