About the company
A global financial services company with offices across the globe and more than 4000 employees is looking for a HR Business Partner SEA to join their HR team.
This would be excellent opportunity for someone who likes working for an international and fast-paced business.

About the role
You will get the opportunity to handle HR projects and as the company is going through HR transformation, you will be involved in the exciting process as well. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions but not limiting to:

• You will the BP for the finanical services business unit
• You will oversee all HR matters from payroll, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and compensation and benefits.
• Streamline or implement and enhance current HR systems.
• Harmonisation of HR processes due to M&A.
If you enjoy working with professionals across the regional space, this would be fantastic as there would be regional exposure.

About the team
The HR team consists of 3 people and this role reports directly to the HR Director.

Skills and Experience required
You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 7 years HR business partnering and providing a generalist HR service. With good stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all level of the business you should be willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with the corporate team to meet business objectives.
