As a HR Business Partner, you will be partnering with the senior leadership team to develop human capital strategies and drive the talent agenda, as well as implementing effective business partnering initiatives to improve performance and talent development within the organization.
- Provide HR advisory for several senior business leaders across the country and regional leadership teams to meet people and business goals
- Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership focused on a broad-based and transformational talent agenda designed to recruit and retain innovative talent in the business
- Provide guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that aligns the Human Resources agenda in support of main business strategies and initiatives
- Assists to align effective people initiatives with business units to implement business OKRs
- Analyses trends and develops effective solutions and programs to address people-related issues
- Design and curate organization vitality charts to manage and address employee relations issues
- Provide performance management guidance to line management and drive the business unit people's performance
- Assists to design interventions to drive culture and behaviors and provide meaningful insights to leadership on change management strategy and planning
- Evaluate effectiveness of L&D programs and partner with major HR stakeholders to identify training needs for different business units, as well as individual coaching needs
- Provide strategic advice on the different HR functions and ensure that all policies are aligned with business objectives

Reporting to the General Manager directly, you will develop and implement effective HR strategies and human capital strategies, in accordance with business priorities, to support business units across APAC.
skills and experience required
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 8 years of experience in successful business partnership at a divisional/executive level, with proven success in linking HR strategies to the business, preferably in a Tech or EduTech industry. Prior experience in handling regional portfolios would be an added advantage.
