    Our client, a listed French company that has more than century of proven track record. Currently they are expanding and looking for a Human Resource Business Partner.

    about the job

    This role will report directly into the Senior HR Manager. You will be responsible to:

    • Manage talent and capability requirements required to execute the business strategy along with Business Leads
    • Ensure and oversee the end to end of Employee life cycle of Business units. This will require the person to identify requirements, help in source and selection. This also includes on-boarding. Also, improve the level of talent in the organisation by implementing retention techniques and implement the TA strategies & materials to strengthen the Company’s employer branding
    • Partner with the business in executing end to end Performance Management cycle
    • Strengthen and build culture that increases the commitment and performance of employees. Improve the organisation overall engagement through the establishment and delivery of action plans that address the key engagement drivers.
    • Analyse and aligning the organisation resources to effectively deliver its strategy and goals.
    • working on projects with business stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives


    skills and experience required

    • University graduate in human resources management or related disciplines.
    • Min 5 years+ work experience in the human resources business partnering and talent acquisition
    • Experience in retention, reward, talent & engagement and staff relations functions.
    • Great interpersonal skill, strong analytical, problem solving skills and work independent.
    • Preferably with experience working in industrious field, plant processing industries, engineering environment
    • Proven capability in leading the recruitment function in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
    • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
