As the HR Business Partner, you will be developing and implementing effective HR strategies in accordance with business priorities and goal across all BUs in SEA Region, and work closely in a team of 4. In addition, you will:
- Set up HR structures towards best business efficiency, organizational effectiveness and employee experience, including but not limited to policies, systems, processes, programs, compliance and risk management
- Manage employee relations, employee experience, wellbeing and employer branding
- Roll-out and execute Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement programs and initiatives
- Manage Talent Development, including but not limited to new hire on-boarding experience, leadership development program and performance review/promotion exercise
- Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
skills and experience required
- Min. 5 year’ experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably in a employee engagement and / or talent management spectrum
- Relevant experience within the financial technology, e-Commerce or technology industry is essential
- Proven track record as a business partner to senior stakeholders; facilitating business strategy, capability building, manpower strategy planning, talent management and employee relations
- Possess good business acumen and experienced in presenting solutions for business needs to stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision and takes accountability
- Good knowledge of local compliance and labor laws across South East Asian countries
