HR Business Partner

Fast fashion retail, up to $5500 X 13 months + attractive bonuses

Our client is a well established fast fashion retail brand that needs no introduction. They have successfully transformed the organization into a growing business with a tremendous uplift in their brand repositioning in the retail vertical. As their business stabilizes and grow, they are looking for dynamic HR talents in the retail space to join them to continue this exciting journey.

about the job

You will be a strategic partner to both the retail and corporate team to develop the people’s agenda for growing, retaining and engaging the talents across the various business functions. You will be optimizing and scaling day-to-day HR Ops and be a trusted and credible HR partner to the SG team. Employee engagement with the local retail sales front will also be part of your scope to stay close to the operation ground to understand and identify needs and gaps for improvements. Your scope will also include but not limiting to:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to simplify and optimize HR Processes
  • Be a strategic partner to the business to drive and execute HR initiatives
  • Identifying training gaps and introduce effective training programs, tailoring to drive improvement within the retail floor to upskill their skill set
  • Establish industry benchmarking on salaries to advocate competitive wages for employee retention and attraction
  • Perform store visits to promote employee engagement between corporate and retail sales team
  • Perform streamlining and reviewing of HR processes to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 4 years ina similar capacity. Relevant experience within the retail and/or consumer business is definitely an advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone with excellent communication, good leadership and stakeholder management skills. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all demographic backgrounds and corporate levels.
