Our client is a well established organization within the Fintech Sector offering a range of financial technology services within the capital markets. They have been established for over 20 years and has a significant presence across the globe. They have grown exponentially over the years and have built up a presence regionally. Due to their aggresive expansion plans, they are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join their team to cover the role of a HR Business Parnter.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Business Partner. You will be managing the full suite of HR functions - Recruitment, L&D, Talent Management, C&B, Employee Relations etc. Your portfolio will involve 50% HR Business Partnering and 50% HR Operational duties. You will be required to improve current company policies and adapt regional policies to local requirements. In addition, this role will require you to manage the Talent Development/Organization Development function to attract, develop, motivate and retain productive and engaged employees. You would also be required to assess Employer Relations related matters and be able to take appropriate actions to handle employee grievances issues.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the HR Director based in global HQ with a dotted reporting line to the Managing Director based in Singapore.

skills and experience required
This role would require someone who is independent, dynamic and able to work well under a fast paced environment. You will also be someone who is well versed in the end to end spectrum of HR Functions. Besides, you should be someone who has strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to engage stakeholders across all levels. In addition, you must be degree educated in HRM or related fields of studies with at least 7 years of experience. It will be advantageous if you have regional exposure as you would be involved in regional projects.
