My client is a public corporation within the transporation sector providing a wide range of diversified systems and services to the markets worldwide. They have grown and expanded massively over the years and are not looking to take a halt on their growth plans. They are currently inviting a dynamic individual to join them as a HR Business Partner.


about the job
You will an integral member of the HR team and be working closely with HR Representatives across APAC. You will be undertaking the role of a HR Business Partner, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Provide trusted and sound HR generalist advice to management and their teams on human resources matters,
    including but not limited to: performance management, employee relations, change management, talent acquisition, etc
  • Support the development of HR Policies and processes, coaching managers on both day to day and broader HR issues
  • Be a key advocate in ensuring consistent and disciplined application of HR policies, standards, guidelines and tools.
  • Providing strong support and assist the Regional HR Director APAC to implement and drive human resources initiatives; always striving for continuous improvements to maximise the efficiencies of the employees and ensuring a positive work culture
  • Understand business challenges and identify and solve regional HR needs, people issues and opportunities
  • Provide support on employee professional development and career planning
  • Work on HR Projects that might be Singapore specific or region focused

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the APAC HR Director

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with the full suite of HR operations, with prior experience in HR business partnering. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
