Having over 30 years of regional presence and establishment, my client has grown massively regionally and has built up a promising brand that is a top choice among consumers in the market. They operate as a publisher and developer of entertainment products and have plans to further grow their product lines. They are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a HRBP.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HRBP, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Oversee the full suite of HR functions.
  • Working closely with the business leaders to foster a vibrant and conducive work environment that promotes strong collaboration and high performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess, understand and prioritise HR needs across all functions and provide strategic advices on policies and processes improvements/designing.
  • Provide regular updates on HR initiatives.
  • Guide team members on performance appraisals, enhance managers' engagement in people management skills.
  • Champion and promote HR initiatives across the business.
  • Assess and anticipate HR related issues.


about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Head of HR and be working in a team of 8.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of Business Partnering experience wtihin the Tech/Entertainment Sector. Being able to think out of the box, independent and resourceful is a definite good to have to fit into the culture and the value preposition of the organization. You will also be someone with excellent communication and interperonal skills to build strong relations with diversified stakeholders within the business. You will be someone with strong business acumen to integrate HR solutions into the business and partner well with the management team and your internal stakeholders.
