about the company
As a leading organization within the Education sector, my client offers a wide range of enrichment and curriculum programmes for their students. With plans to further grow, they are now looking for a dynamic and self motivated individual to join the team as a HRBP.


about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HRBP, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Overseeing HR Operational matters and be the main point of contact for HR related queries.
  • Working with various heads of departments to conduct training needs analysis and design suitable training plans.
  • Identify high potential employees and plan a robust training plan that will upskill and prepare them for the nex step of their career path.
  • Review ongoing training curriculum and make improvements as and when required.
  • Designing and implementing C&B strategies - performing salary benchmarking, design pay for performance plans, come up with guidelines for bonuses, benefits and incentives and ensuring that policies are kept up to date and aligned with market practices.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor and provide strategic advices and inputs to policies revisions and implementations.
  • Implementing and designing employee retention and engagement programs that aim to attract, develop and maintain a highly motivated and productive workforce.
  • Provide guidance and support to ongoing HR projects, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and practices.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the HR Director.

skills and experience required
You should possess a relevant degree in HR/Business Administration or other related fields of studies and possess at least 7 years of HR business partnering and be an expert in the Talent management and C&B function. You should be proactive, independent and an efficient communicator. Besides the mentioned, you should be able to thrive and excel in a fast paced working environment, have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to multi task well.
