As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving business partnering initiatives and implementing effective HR programs, to improve performance and talent development within the organization.
- Provide HR advisory for several senior business leaders across the country and regional leadership teams to meet people and business goals
- Provide strategic advice on the different HR functions and ensure that all policies are aligned with business objectives
- Establish and build strong working relationships, engage and partner with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of programmes
- Support Employee Relations, including redundancy, grievance, disciplinary, as well as absence management
- Support current and future business needs through the development and preservation of human capital
- Implementing talent management and succession planning and recruitment strategies to build a high performance culture
- Oversee daily operations of the HR Department and assist to support work pass applications
- Support internal communication on HR cycle programmes, HR policies as well as engagement
about the manager/team
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the HR department to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities, to support business units across APAC.
skills and experience required
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 4-5 years of progressive human resources and HR Business partnering experience, preferably in a Fintech and Consultancy field. Prior experience in handling regional portfolios would be an added advantage.
