    Our client, a listed French company that has more than half century of proven track record. Currently they are expanding and looking for a Human Resource Business Partner.

    about the job

    This role will report directly into the HR Director. You will be responsible to:

    • Enable business growth, identify HR differentiator and initiatives for business
    • Provide HR commercial support for bids and clients negotiation.
    • Lead the divisional people strategy and frameworks to meet business needs
    • Ensure quality talent acquisition and talent management within the divisions
    • Facilitate performance review, talent review, talent development and succession planning discussion


    skills and experience required

    • Degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
    • Min 7 years+ work experience in the human resources business partnering
    • Experience in retention, reward, talent & engagement and staff relations functions.
    • Great interpersonal skill, strong analytical, problem solving skills and able to work independently
