This role will report directly into the AVP of HR. You will be responsible to:
- Partner with the leadership team to create a strategy for business growth
- Work with HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) in providing local market intelligence and practices in reviewing and formulating practical employee value proposition, strategies and framework,
- Lead and support organizational development and transformational strategies
- Drive annual performance review and Compensation and Benefit review
- Manage, inspire, and develop the internal HR capabilities and bench strength
skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree in related discipline with minimum of 7 years in Human Resource
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
