This role will report directly into the AVP of HR. You will be responsible to:

• Partner with the leadership team to create a strategy for business growth
• Work with HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) in providing local market intelligence and practices in reviewing and formulating practical employee value proposition, strategies and framework,
• Lead and support organizational development and transformational strategies
• Drive annual performance review and Compensation and Benefit review
• Manage, inspire, and develop the internal HR capabilities and bench strength

skills and experience required

• Bachelor degree in related discipline with minimum of 7 years in Human Resource
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
