HR Business Performance and Analytics Lead, APAC

Our client is a multi billion business within the consumer industry and has established their footprint across the globe. They are a premium brand well known for dominating the consumer market with branding that is no stranger to the mass market. Their products are always a top choice among consumers in both the local and global market.

about the job

You will help to shape and drive company-wide business performance and culture. Your core responsibility is to design and implement new data driven initiatives for the for all business function across APAC to drive people performance. This will involve talent, performance, compensation & organisational analytics. You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to develop the people analytics on an APAC platform. You will also manage the implementation of new processes in the region related to the use of the performance management system and develop the analytics roadmap for the region.

manager/team

You will be managing a team of 4 and reports to the APAC Head of HR.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HR/Economics/Actuarial science or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Leadership experiences in leading projects within the consulting background will be a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone with excellent business acumen with a highly analytical mind and experience with quantitative analysis. The ability to think out of the box with innovative solutions are also an asset to this role. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is dynamic. Due to the ever changing and fast pace nature of the organization, you will also be someone that is receptive and resilient to changes.
