HR COE Lead (C&B and Talent Management)

about the job

You will be responsible for leading the COE function across the Group’s various regional markets; Talent Management and C&B function. This role will include but no limited to;

  • Review, enhance or establish C&B frameworks/ systems to facilitate Company’s regional expansion
  • Provide and interpret HR data to provide management information on turnover, headcount, compensation, organizational statistics etc so as to facilitate planning & decision-making
  • Oversee senior management remuneration matters (including administration of the Company’s share grant plan)
  • Oversee the consolidation of global remuneration data to facilitate annual reporting
  • Participate in salary surveys and analysis, as well as stay abreast of market trends & best practices
  • Oversee the annual performance appraisal, salary review & bonus exercises, and provide recommendations on reward distribution
  • Advise on salary proposals/ adjustments, as well as other C&B related matters

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience within the C&B function. You should also possess a strong background in stakeholders management process improvements, strategic project planning / execution and good with numbers. You will also be someone who is analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs and introduce the best practice of C&B to Senior leaders within the business across the region. Conversant in Mandarin will be a mandate for this role due to constant liaison and business needs in Taiwan and China.
