Reporting to the HR Director, you will support HR activities including but not limited to:
Recruitment
- Post jobs on external job portals and periodically monitor candidate applications
- Pre-screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for review
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Create and maintain candidate database for talent pipeline
HRIS
- Onboarding and off boarding procedure on SuccessFactors
- Maintain employee database and changes on SuccessFactors e.g. position changes, transfers, change of address
- Monitor probation confirmation
Compensation & Benefits
- Medical insurance administration including enrolling new employees and update of employee and leaver details
- Leave administration
- Benefits administration e.g. update of health account, staff purchase etc
HR Operations & Admin
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Prepare HR letters, e.g. Confirmation, Acceptance of Resignation, Certification of Employment etc.
- Raise Purchase Orders for HR invoices
- Maintain Staff List, P-files and checklist
- Monitor work passes expiry dates and renewals
- Administration of medical check-ups for foreign employees and update MOM

- 3 months contract, potentially extendable/ convertable
- 5 day work week
- Office location: Town, Singapore
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred
skills and experience required
- Relevant HR experience as above
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
