This role is a HR Executive Cum Admin. You will report directly into the HR Manager and CFO.
You will be responsible to:
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions for Singapore and Southeast Asia region including payroll with third party vendor
- Organise and administer the on-boarding and off-boarding program including on-boarding and induction
- Manages the Southeast Asia group insurance within the region
- Manage the office maintenance and coordinate repair works with contractors
- Source, review and liaise with contractors/suppliers on office matters
- Responsible for office stationery and transport arrangements
- Setup and keep record of office security access
- Preparation and submission of monthly expenses and travel arrangement for key management
skills and experience required
- Diploma in business administration and/or human resource management with 3 years of working experience preferred
- Independent, multitasking and prioritise workload, work with minimal supervision with initiative and resourcefulness, respond to requests in a timely manner within deadlines
- Good critical thinking, interpersonal personal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate good judgement to effectively deal with stakeholders, tactful and high level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
