about the job
- Provide full spectrum of HR duties including talent acquisition, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations / compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development
- Process and generate HR monthly reports, prepare and distribute corporate announcements to internal / external stakeholders
- Support end-to-end recruitment needs and participate in university career fairs
- Spearhead employee engagement and wellness activities that focuses on health, well-being, CSR and sustainability
- Update and maintenance of HR handbooks and employee data
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role, including handling in-house payroll
- IHRP certification preferred
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Possess integrity and good work ethics when dealing with classified information
- Positive working attitude, meticulous and reliable
- Candidates who are immediately available / available on short notice are highly preferred
