    This role will report directly into the HR Director. You will be responsible to:

    • Establish and implement HR programs / projects such as employee recognition programs, newsletters, HR awards and employee engagement surveys to drive people engagement across the organisation
    • Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence, HR shared services and HR BP team to ensure consistent delivery of HR services, including supporting employees on HR matters and services
    • Responsible for employee communications such as town halls, employee awards and various communication channels with employees
    • Proactively identifies gaps, proposals and implement changes to enhance employee engagement programs

    skills and experience required

    • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR operations
    • Project management skills will be advantageous
    • Experience within the manufacturing, construction and/or engineering industries will be preferred
    • Strong record of being a team player; working well with employees of all levels Strong communication and interpersonal skills
