about the company

Located in the west, our client is well established within the construction industry and they are currently seeking for a HR Executive (NTS) to join their office in Singapore.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of HR duties for foreign workers and this would include:

  • Full spectrum of HR activities from onboarding to offboarding
  • Manage all claims and applications with statutory boards/MOM
  • Manage employee queries, work closely with business units
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant and updated
  • Manage HR reports, ensure employee data is accurate and up to date
  • Ad-hoc HR Projects, process improvements, system updating

skills & experience required

  • Diploma in Business or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Detail oriented, analytical, able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with large data/numbers
