This role will report to the Senior HR Manager and you will be responsible for:
- Manage in-house payroll processing, ensure payroll payment and reports are delivered consistently, accurately on time.
- Manage payroll audit, maternity leave, childcare leave, NS claim, the declaration of personal income via FORM IR21 for all foreigner workers and the arrangement of final payment.
- Manage leave, insurance and HRIQ systems.
- Conduct policy briefing, run through of re-employment contract.
- Conduct dialogue session with employees and supervisors, on a regular basis, to review and assess problems or grievances that they may have.
- Other administrative duties.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
- Minimally 1 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in payroll.
- Well versed in employment law of Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with positive and proactive attitude.
