about the company
My client is a NYSE-listed global tech company that manufacture vehicles and is in search for a HR specialist to join the team.

about the job
As the HR specialist, you will be overlooking the Talent Acquisition and L&D portfolio. You will work with hiring managers on recruitment matters on an end-to-end cycle - from working on JDs, to onboarding.

On the L&D portfolio, you will work closely with the HR Director and HRBP on identifying gaps and facilitating training courses. You will help with administering data and reports such as CDP, training budgets, expenses and government funding schemes. Other ad hoc duties will be assigned.

skills and experience required
You should come with minimally a diploma and with at least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You should be equipped with excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure. Having a strong sense of accountability and a 'can-do' attitude would be necessary to strive in this role.
